Who we are
This website is run by Samson Flood Services and Hire, based in West Wiltshire, Wiltshire. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email bryan.whale@samsonfloodservices.co.uk or call 07971 435221.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through one of our forms we receive:
- your name and phone number
- your email address, if you give it
- your postcode or town, and details of what has happened, where the form asks for them
- the machine or product you are asking about, on hire and sales enquiries
Like most websites, the services that host and deliver this site may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and call you back
- to arrange and carry out the work, hire or sale you ask for
- to keep the website secure and filter out spam
We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell them.
Services that handle information for us

- Google Maps — shows embedded maps of our area. Maps only load if you accept non-essential cookies.
- Google Fonts — supplies the typefaces used on the site, which means your browser requests them from Google.

These providers process information on our behalf and may handle it under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, carry out any work and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
